How we work for and with you
NB: If the work you want carried out in your bathroom involves the electrics then you may need to notify your local Building Inspectors. To check whether what you want done is notifiable go to our page;The Law Relating to Domestic Electrical Work
STEP
ONE
We come and talk with you about what you want. You may decide to purchase a
shower or suite yourself. Or, if you want something a little out of the ordinary you
may ask us to get it for you.
STEP TWO
After discussing your requirements we produce a written quote for you
STEP THREE
When you have accepted the quote we book the work in and produce a schedule (only applies to jobs that take more than a day).
We will only depart from this schedule in the following circumstances:
*we have had to attend an emergency
*in the unlikely event that there is a high incidence of engineer illness
*we are let down by a supplier for vital parts
However, in the unlikely event of these things happening we will let you know.
Our objective is to minimise any inconvenience for you and to get the job
completed as quickly as possible.
STEP FOUR
We carry out the installation, tidy up after ourselves and remove the old
system. We test the new installation and, if necessary, show you how to use it.
